There are seven appearances for him in the Clausura 2007 and twelve games played in the Clausura 2008, each in the Primera División . He has also played eight games (one goal) in the Copa Libertadores . Thanks to his strong appearances in Uruguay's U-20 national team, Boca Juniors , Villarreal FC , Atlético Madrid , Juventus Turin and Lazio Rome were interested in his commitment. Cardaccio made his league debut for Milan on April 26, 2009 when he came on for David Beckham in the 79th minute. Milan won 3-0 against US Palermo . At the end of August 2009 it became known that the Uruguayan contract was terminated by AC Milan. He returned to the Defensor Sporting Club in his homeland. In the following years he played for the Greek clubs Olympiakos Volos and Asteras Tripolis (seven games, no goal) and the Brazilian club Londrina (four games, one goal). In February 2013 he joined the Chilean association Colo-Colo . There he completed five missions in the Segunda División for the Chilean second team and scored two goals, while he did not come into play in the Primera División until June 9, 2013. After the season he left the club. In August 2013 he then joined Defensor Sporting for two years . In the 2013/14 season, he played ten games in the Primera División (no goal) and played in ten matches (no goal) in the 2014 Copa Libertadores , in which his club advanced to the semi-finals. In the 2014/15 season, in which he only returned to training and match operations in January 2015 after a month-long injury break, he was used 13 times (one goal) in the top Uruguayan league. This was followed by eight further premier league appearances (no goal) in the Apertura 2015 and six completed games (no goal) in the Copa Sudamericana 2015 . At the end of the year he then moved to Mexico to Dorados de Sinaloa . There he was used in 13 league games (no goal) and four times (no goal) in the Copa México . He returned to Defensor Sporting in January 2017.
