Mats Facklam (born August 22, 1996 in Hamburg ) is a German football player .
Career
Facklam started playing soccer at FG Stormarn 2000 in the Stormarn district , Schleswig-Holstein . In 2011 he switched to the youth team of the Stormarn club SV Eichede via SC Concordia Hamburg .
For the 2015/16 season, Facklam moved up to the first men's team to play in the fifth-class Schleswig-Holstein league . In his first season in the men's division, he scored 5 goals in 15 SH-Liga games (once from the start) and became champions with his team. In the subsequent promotion round , in which the SV Eichede rose to the Regionalliga Nord , he came to another substitute. In addition, Facklam played 17 times in the second team in the sixth class Association League South-East , scoring 13 goals.
In the 2016/17 season , Facklam made 24 regional league appearances (19 times from the start), in which he scored 5 goals. With his team, however, he was immediately relegated. In the SHFV Cup , Facklam scored a goal in the final in the 2: 4 defeat against third division Holstein Kiel . Since Holstein Kiel was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga , SV Eichede qualified for the DFB Cup for the first time . In addition, the striker was used 8 times in the second team and scored 11 goals in the association league.
In the 2017/18 season , Facklam scored 16 goals in 16 league games (15 times from the start) until the winter break. He was also used for the full playing time in the 4-0 defeat in the first round of the DFB Cup against second division club 1. FC Kaiserslautern .
At the beginning of January 2018, the striker moved to the 3rd division to Sportfreunde Lotte . By the end of the third division season 2017/18 , he was used 10 times (5 times from the start) under head coach Andreas Golombek without scoring his own goal.
After half a year in Lotte, Facklam moved to the Regionalliga Nord for Eintracht Norderstedt for the 2018/19 season . The striker scored 3 goals in 23 regional league appearances (11 times from the start).
For the season 2019/20 changed Facklam within the Regionalliga Nord for second team of Holstein Kiel .
In summer 2020 he moved back to the Oberliga Schleswig-Holstein for SV Eichede.
