After his release, he signed a new contract with the Roanoke Dazzle in the NBA Development League (D-League). In 11 games he scored 15.5 points and 2.8 rebounds per game. Then the San Antonio Spurs took him on March 8, 2004 for the remainder of the 2003/04 season under contract.

San Antonio Spurs

At the Spurs he was only used in 3 games, in which he averaged 2 points per game. After the season, his contract was not renewed, so he offered himself again for a contract in the Summer League. Charlotte Bobcats

Return to Charlotte

On July 13, 2010 he was sent back to the Bobcats along with Erick Dampier and Eduardo Nájera for Tyson Chandler and Alexis Ajinça .
