2003 NBA Draft

The 2003 NBA Draft was carried out on June 26, 2003 in New York City ( New York ). In two rounds, 29 players were selected from NBA teams.

In the first place, high school graduate LeBron James was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers .

The 2003 draft is considered to be one of the strongest in NBA history. It has been compared to the legendary 1984 vintage (including Michael Jordan , Hakeem Olajuwon , Charles Barkley and John Stockton ).

In 2010, LeBron James and Chris Bosh joined the Miami Heat , where Dwyane Wade already played. Together they won the NBA championship in 2012 and 2013.
