Sofoklis Schortsanitis ( Greek Σοφοκλής Σχορτσιανίτης Schortsianitis , born June 22, 1985 in Tiko , Cameroon ) is a Greek national basketball player, the son of a Greek father and a Cameroonian mother.
Career
The 208 centimeter tall center became a basketball player in the youth team of Iraklis Thessaloniki , in whose first division team he made his debut in 2000. For Greece he already plays in the national team in the U16 and U18 European championships. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers in 2003 . In 2006 he was runner-up in the Greek national team .
