Maxime Poundjé (born August 16, 1992 in Bordeaux ) is a French football player .

Career

Poundjé was since the beginning of the 2009/2010 season in the squad of the second team of Girondins Bordeaux . He was called up for the first time in the French U-18 national team in August 2009 and made his debut in a 0-0 win against Mexico. From then on he ran for the second team in the fourth and fifth leagues and also played for the French U-18 and U-19. In August 2011 he was loaned to the third division Olympique Nîmes . With this he was promoted to the second division. However, he returned to Bordeaux in the summer of 2012, where he signed a professional three-year contract. On August 11, 2012, he played his first Ligue 1 game with a twelve-minute stint against FC Évian Thonon Gaillard .
