Mazières-sur-Béronne is a commune Déléguée in the French municipality of Melle with 389 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in French Deux-Sevres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ). The inhabitants are called Maisonnaysia .

The municipality of Mazières-sur-Béronne was merged with Melle , Paizay-le-Tort , Saint-Léger-de-la-Martinière and Saint-Martin-lès-Melle to form the Commune nouvelle Melle on January 1, 2019 . Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Mazières-sur-Béronne belonged to the canton of Melle in the Arrondissement of Niort .
