This table shows the medal table of the 1912 Summer Olympics in Stockholm . The placements are sorted by the number of gold medals won, followed by the number of silver and bronze medals. If two or more countries have an identical medal balance, they are listed alphabetically on the same rank. This corresponds to the system used by the IOC.

Jim Thorpe was disqualified from the IOC in 1913. However, the disqualification was withdrawn by the IOC in 1983. Since then, the IOC has had two Olympic champions in each competition. The Olympic champions of the art competitions are not included here.
