The Medigames ( World Medical and Health Games , Sportweltspiele der Medizin und Gesundheit , Jeux Mondiaux de la Médecine et de la Santé ; abbreviated JMM ) have been organized by the French Corporate Sport Organization (CSO; Groupe Alice Événemants) on various continents since 1980 and as World Championships for Members of the Medical Professions.

The event takes place in over 20 sports and in five age groups (A - up to 35 years; B - 35–45 years; C - 45–55 years; D - 55–65 years and E - older than 65 years). In the team sports, golf and chess there is no age division. However, the senior football tournament has been held since 2007 with 11 players per team for the over 35 age group.

Every year up to 2,000 people from 54 nations take part.

For years, Germany and France have been both the countries with the highest number of participants and the most successful.
