Miles Tu ( chin .: 涂 美倫; born January 17, 1978 in Tarzana , Los Angeles , California ) is a former American tennis player of Taiwanese descent.

Career

Miles Tu won one single and four double titles on the WTA Tour as well as four single and double titles at ITF tournaments in her career . In 2006 she reached the semifinals of the DFS Classics in Birmingham , which she lost to the eventual winner Vera Swonaryova . She won her only WTA singles title in 2001 in Auckland with a two-set win in the final against the Argentinean Paola Suárez .

Today Meilen Tu is an agent for Groupe Lagardère . In this role she works closely with tennis players such as Wiktoryja Asaranka , Caroline Wozniacki and Anna Tschakwetadze .
