The 2004 Cellular South Cup was a WTA indoor hard court tennis tournament for women in Memphis . It was part of the 2004 WTA Tour as a Tier III category tournament . The tournament took place from February 13-22, 2004.
The qualification for the Cellular South Cup 2004 took place from February 13th to 15th, 2004. Four qualifying places for the singles and one qualification place for the doubles were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
