The Challenge Bell in 2004 was a women's tennis tournament of the WTA in Quebec . The Tier III hard court tournament was part of the WTA Tour 2004 and took place from October 30th to November 7th, 2004.

In the individual final, Martina Suchá won against Abigail Spears 7: 5, 3: 6 and 6: 2. In doubles, Carly Gullickson and María Emilia Salerni defeated Els Callens / Samantha Stosur 7: 5 and 7: 5 in the final .

qualification

The qualification for the Challenge Bell 2004 took place from October 30th to November 1st 2004. Four places were played out for singles and one place for doubles in the main field of the tournament.
