Alicia Molik won the singles final against Dinara Safina 6: 3 and 6: 4. In doubles, the pairing Virginia Ruano Pascual / Paola Suárez won 6: 1, 6: 7, 1 and 6: 3 against Jill Craybas / Marlene Weingärtner .

The qualification took place from October 23-25, 2004. Four places were played for the singles and one place for the doubles, which entitle them to participate in the main field of the Seat Open Luxembourg.
