The Wismilak International in 2004 were a WTA -Tennis hard court tournament for women in Bali . It was part of the 2004 WTA Tour as a Tier III category tournament . The tournament took place from September 12th to 19th, 2004.

In the singles Svetlana Kuznetsova won against Marlene Weingärtner 6: 1 and 6: 4. In doubles, the pairing Anastassija Myskina / Ai Sugiyama won 6: 3 and 7: 5 against Swetlana Kusnezowa / Arantxa Sánchez Vicario .

The qualification for the Wismilak International 2004 took place from September 12th to 13th, 2004. Four qualifying places for the singles and one qualification place for the doubles were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
