In the individual, Anastassija Myskina won against Svetlana Kuznetsova with 4: 6, 6: 4 and 6: 4. In doubles, the pairing Swetlana Kusnezowa / Jelena Lichowzewa won 7: 6, 4 and 6: 2 against Janette Husárová / Conchita Martínez .
