Kyra Nagy (born December 29, 1977 in Budapest ) is a former Hungarian tennis player .

Career

Nagy, who loved to play clay courts, began playing tennis at the age of six.

She won 16 singles and nine doubles titles in the ITF Women's Circuit during her career .

For her country of birth, she took part in doubles at the 2004 Summer Olympics with Petra Mandula . They lost their first round game against the Spanish team Conchita Martínez / Virginia Ruano Pascual, who were in second position, with 4: 6 and 0: 6.

Between 2002 and 2007 she played for the Hungarian Fed Cup team , for which she won six of their 16 games.

She also played in the women's tennis league for several years .

One of their coaches was Otto Temesvari, the father of Andrea Temesvari . Today she is a tennis teacher in Dubai herself.
