The Qatar Total Open 2017 was a premier women's tennis tournament as part of the 2017 WTA Tour . The hard court tournament took place from February 13 to 18, 2017 at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex in Doha , the capital of Qatar ; it was the fifteenth edition of the tournament.
