Mikhail Sergejewitsch Tschurljajew ( Russian Михаил Сергеевич Чурляев ; born October 22, 1989 in Magnitogorsk , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with Metallurg Novokuznetsk in the Vysschaya Hockey League since December 2017 .
Career
Mikhail Tschurljajew began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the youth department of HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk , for whose second team he was active in the third-rate Pervaya league from 2005 to 2008 . In the 2007/08 season , the defender made his debut for the professional Metallurg team in the Superliga . He prepared a goal in six games. For the 2008/09 season Metallurg Magnitogorsk was included in the newly founded Continental Hockey League , in which he himself only came to two point-free missions this season. The entire season 2009/10 he spent with the junior team Stalnje Lissy Magnitogorsk in the multinational youth league Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja Liga , whose championship title, the Kharlamov Cup , he won with his team. In the following season he was on the ice for HK Metallurg in the KHL and Stalnje Lissy in the MHL. In addition, he came to eleven missions for Metallurgs farm team Juschny Ural Orsk in the Vysschaja Hockey League , the second Russian division.
For the 2011/12 season Tschurljajew was committed by the KHL participant Awtomobilist Yekaterinburg and was subsequently used in 21 KHL games. He also received match practice with the partner team Sputnik Nizhny Tagil in the Wysschaja Hockey League. In May 2012 he moved to HK Lada Tolyatti in the Wysschaja Hockey League.
International
For Russia , Tschurljajew took part in the U18 Junior World Championships in 2006 and 2007 . At the U18 World Cup in 2007 he won the gold medal with his team.
