Miho Saeki ( Japanese 佐伯 美 穂 , Saeki Miho ; born March 18, 1976 in New York , United States ) is a former Japanese tennis player .

Career

Saeki, who preferred to play on hard courts, began playing tennis at the age of eleven. At 18 she became a professional player.

She won a total of four double titles on the WTA Tour as well as 16 singles and eight double titles in ITF tournaments.

In 1998 and 1999 she played six games (all singles) for the Japanese Fed Cup team , of which she won three.

In February 2007, Miho Saeki played her last professional match - at an ITF tournament in the United States.
