Mirosław Ziętarski (born September 3, 1993 in Ciechocin , Powiat Golubsko-Dobrzyński ) is a Polish rower .

The 1.90 m tall Mirosław Ziętarski took 13th place in a four-man with helmsman at the 2010 Junior World Championships , and in 2011 he came 11th in a double scull . 2012 started Ziętarski at the U23 World Championships in eighth and finished fifth, followed in 2013, the seventh place in the quadruple sculls . In 2014 he competed in the adult class of the World Championships and finished tenth with the Polish four-four. In 2015, the quadruple finished fourth at the European Championships in Poznan . With a seventh place at the 2015 World Championships, the Poles qualified for the 2016 Olympic Games. Mateusz Biskup , Wiktor Chabel , Dariusz Radosz and Mirosław Ziętarski formed the double fours at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . Just under one and a half seconds behind the third-placed Estonians, the Polish boat took fourth place.

In 2017, Biskup and Ziętarski switched to double sculls. After winning the silver medal at the European championships behind the Italian boat with Filippo Mondelli and Luca Rambaldi , the two Poles also achieved second place at the world championships . They were just over half a second behind the New Zealanders John Storey and Christopher Harris and about as much ahead of the Italian European champions. In 2018, Biskup and Ziętarski took fourth place at the European Championships . In contrast, eighth place at the World Championships behind six European boats and one from New Zealand was disappointing. At the 2019 European Championships in Lucerne, Ziętarski competed with Fabian Barański and won the title in front of the boat from Switzerland. Three months later, Biskup was back in the double scull, Biskup and Ziętarski took third place behind the Chinese and Irish at the World Championships in Linz / Ottensheim.
