Luca Rambaldi (born December 9, 1994 in Ferrara ) is an Italian rower .

Rambaldi won at the 2011 World Youth Championship silver in the quadruple sculls . At the Junior World Championships in 2012 , he won the quadruple scull title. In 2012, he took sixth place at the European Championships with the Italian quadruple in the adult class . The following year he won bronze at the European Championships together with Matteo Stefanini , Simone Venier and Simone Raineri behind the Germans and the Poles. At the World Championships , the Italian quadruple finished seventh in the line-up of Gabriele Cagna , Luca Rambaldi, Simone Venier and Domenico Montrone . After a year break, Rambaldi rowed in the rowing world cup in 2015 in the quadruple scull. At the world championships he started in the single and finished 25th. In 2016, the Italian double foursome missed the Olympic qualification. At the U23 World Championships , Rambaldi won bronze in a quadruple scull in 2016.

In 2017 he won gold in double sculls at the European Championships with Filippo Mondelli . At the world championships, the two won bronze behind the boats from New Zealand and Poland. In 2017 and 2018 Rambaldi was Italian champion in the single, in this boat class he also won the Mediterranean Games in 2018 . Then Mondelli and Rambaldi formed a double fours together with Andrea Panizza and Giacomo Gentili . This crew won the title at the European Championships before the Lithuanians and the Poles. At the World Championships, the Italians won ahead of the Australians and the Ukrainians. The following year, the four Italians behind the boat from the Netherlands won the silver medal at the 2019 European Championships in Lucerne. At the World Championships in Linz, the Italians won the bronze medal behind the Dutch and the Poles.

Luca Rambaldi starts for Fiamme Gialle , the sports department of the Guardia di Finanza .
