Aurimas Adomavičius (born September 23, 1993 in Kaunas ) is a Lithuanian rower .

Aurimas Adomavičius has been rowing since 2007. In 2010 he took part in the World Junior Championships in double sculls and in 2011 in singles , but only reached the C final on both occasions. In 2012 he rowed with Dominykas Jančionis in double sculls and finished fifth at the U23 World Championships , in 2013 the two Lithuanians won. In 2014 Adomavičius competed with Rolandas Maščinskas and received the silver medal.

At the European Championships in 2015 Dominykas Jančionis, Rolandas Maščinskas, Aurimas Adomavičius and Vytautas Lapatiukas competed in the double fours and reached fifth place. After Jančionis and Adomavičius had finished sixth in a double scull at the U23 World Championships, Zygimantas Galisanskis , Martynas Džiaugys , Dominykas Jančionis and Aurimas Adomavičius also achieved sixth place at the 2015 World Championships and thus directly qualified for the Olympic Games .

At the 2016 European Championships , Dovydas Nemeravičius , Martynas Džiaugys, Dominykas Jančionis and Aurimas Adomavičius formed the Lithuanian double four, who won the silver medal behind the Estonian boat. In this line-up, the quadruple also competed at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and finished ninth out of ten participating boats.

In 2017 Rolandas Maščinskas came into the double fours for Dominykas Jančionis. This crew won the World Cup opener in Belgrade and then also won the European Championships . At the World Cup final in Lucerne, the Lithuanians won with Saulius Ritter for Nemeravičius. At the 2017 World Championships , Nemeravičius was back in the quadruple scull, winning the title in front of the boats from the United Kingdom and Estonia. In 2018, the double fours from Italy won the European Championships in Glasgow ahead of the Lithuanians, who competed in the line-up of Dovydas Nemeravičius, Saulius Ritter, Rolandas Maščinskas and Aurimas Adomavičius.
