Jacob "Koos" Arnold Maasdijk (born September 19, 1968 in Rotterdam ) is a former Dutch rower and 1996 Olympic champion.

Maasdijk finished seventh in the two-man without helmsman at the 1986 Junior World Championships . In 1987 he reached the A-final in the same boat class at the (at that time unofficial) U23 World Championships and finished sixth. In 1988 he switched to the sculling boat and finished fifth in the double scull at the U23 World Championships . In 1989 he won the single at the U23 World Championships, in the same year the Dutch double four won the title with Hans Keldermann , Koos Maasdijk, Hermanus van den Eerenbeemt and Rutger AriszWorld championships in the adult class. After a fifth place at the 1990 World Championships , the Dutch double scull won the bronze medal at the 1991 World Championships in the line-up of Rutger Arisz, Koos Maasdijk, Hans Keldermann and Ronald Florijn .
