Christian Schreiber (born August 7, 1980 in Langendorf , Weißenfels ) is a former German rower.

He is multiple world champion in four-four : with the juniors (under 19 years), with the seniors B (under 23 years) and with seniors A (open age group). In 2001 he became world champion in the four-four in the open age group.

In 2005 Christian Schreiber took third place in a double scull at the World Championships in Japan. In 2007 Christian Schreiber was able to show excellent performances in the heats of the World Championships in Munich, which were not confirmed on the final days. Nevertheless, the German double scull qualified for the Olympic Games in Beijing. At the Olympic Games, Schreiber then moved up into the quad scull due to injury and finished sixth with this boat.

In September 2014 Schreiber was elected athletes spokesman for the German Olympic Sports Confederation .
