Blazon : “In green a silver scythe , crossed with a silver hoe ; on the left a silver wave flank , covered in stakes with three rising green beech leaves . "
The reason for the coat of arms: “The scythe and hoe in the green shield symbolize the rural character of the former municipality, the wave flank stands for the river Greißlau, on the banks of which the village is located. The covering of the flank with green leaves stands for the former rich forest, some of which still exists.
