Burton "Burt" Albert Jastram (born June 5, 1910 in San Francisco , † May 20, 1995 in Oakland ) was an American rower .

Jastram studied architecture at the University of California, Berkeley and was a member of the rowing team of the University Sports Team Golden Bears . The Golden Bears had already placed the US eighth at the 1928 Olympic Games and won gold. At the 1932 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, coach Ky Ebright's Bears were again eighth. In the line-up of Edwin Salisbury , James Blair , Duncan Gregg , David Dunlap , Burton Jastram, Charles Chandler , Harold Tower , Winslow Hall and helmsman Norris Graham , the US eight won the gold medal two tenths of a second ahead of the Italians.

Jastram worked as an architect for the University of California immediately after graduating, before building for industry and trade for many years.
