Jeroen Duyster
Jeroen Tarquinis Cornelis Duyster (born August 27, 1966 in Amsterdam ) is a former Dutch helmsman in rowing .
Jeroen Duyster took seventh place in the four-man team at the (unofficial) U23 World Championships in 1992 . In 1993 he moved to the Dutch eighth , who finished fifth at the 1993 World Championships . A year later at the World Championships in Indianapolis , the US eight won ahead of the Dutch with Kai Compagner , Nico Rienks , Niels van der Zwan , Jaap Krijtenburg , George van Iwaarden , Niels van Steenis , Henk-Jan Zwolle , Ronald Florijn and helmsman Duyster. At the 1995 World Championships in Tampere , Germany's eighth won ahead of the Dutch and the US boat. In 1995, Michiel Bartman , Kai Compagner, Nico Rienks, Niels van der Zwan, Jaap Krijtenburg, Niels van Steenis, Henk-Jan Zwolle, Ronald Florijn and Jeroen Duyster sat in the Dutch eighth . In 1996 Koos Maasdijk and Diederik Simon moved into eighth for Krijtenburg and Compagner. At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, the Dutch eighth won with almost two seconds ahead of the Germany eighth and the Russians.
Jeroen's sister Willemijn Duyster also took part in the 1996 Olympic Games with the Dutch hockey team.
