Robert Marland

Robert Davies Marland (born May 13, 1964 in Mississauga ) is a retired Canadian rower .

Marland began rowing in high school and continued his career in figure eight at Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario . In 1986 he rowed with Raymond Collier and helmsman Terry Paul to eighth place at the world championships in two with helmsman . The following year, Brian Saunderson , John Houlding , Robert Marland and Harold Backer and Terry Paul finished fourth in the four-man team at the 1987 World Championships in Copenhagen.
