Terrence "Terry" Michael Paul (born September 14, 1964 in Oakville , Ontario ) is a former Canadian rower and later a rowing coach.

Terrence Paul began his sporting career in basketball, because of his height he switched to rowing as a helmsman in 1979 . From 1983 he was a helmsman in the team at Brock University . In 1986, he steered the boat of Robert Marland and Raymond Collier at the World Championships in the coxed pair to eighth place.
