Miyabi Inoue ( Japanese 井上 雅 , Inoue Miyabi ; born November 19, 1991 in Kasugai ) is a Japanese tennis player .

Career

Inoue, who started tennis when she was eight, prefers grass courts for her game. She has won five singles and eight doubles titles on the ITF Women's World Tennis Tour so far .

She played her first ITF tournament in April 2008 in Gifu . There she also appeared in 2009 and 2010, but was able to win her first round games. In May 2010 she then achieved three good results in a row; at the $ 25,000 tournaments in Kuruzawa and Kusatsu , she reached the eighth and quarter-finals, respectively, and even the final at the subsequent $ 10,000 tournament in Komoro . At the end of May 2010 she was listed in the top 1000 for the first time.

On the WTA Tour Inoue appeared for the first time in qualifying for the Toray Pan Pacific Open 2014 ; she lost her first round match against Junri Namigata with 2: 6 and 4: 6. In 2015 she played qualifying at both the Japan Women's Open Tennis and the Toray Pan Pacific Open ; she lost the second match. In doubles, she and her partner Kyōka Okamura lost to their compatriots Eri Hozumi and Miyu Katō 6: 3, 4: 6 and [7:10] in the first round match .

It achieved its best world rankings in singles in September 2015 with place 275 and in doubles in July 2015 with place 199.
