Mokrouše (German Mokrusch , also Mokrausch ) is a municipality with 168 inhabitants in the Czech Republic . It is located ten kilometers southeast of the city center of Pilsen and belongs to the Okres Plzeň-město . The cadastral area is 275 ha.
geography
The place is located on the southern edge of the valley basin of the Tymákovský potok at 398 m above sea level. M. and is surrounded by hills and forests. In the northwest, Mokrouše has merged with Tymákov . State road 183 runs southeast from Rokycany to Šťáhlavy .
Neighboring towns are Rokycany in the northeast, Raková in the southeast, Lhůta in the south, Sedlec and Starý Plzenec in the southwest and Tymákov in the northwest.
history
The first written mention comes from the year 1410 when Margrave Jadolt bequeathed the place to the Prague cathedral. 1417 acquired the place Bohuslav von Schwanberg together with Cháchov and Tymákov and three years later Bohuslav von Riesenberg was named as the owner.
The z Hrádku followed. In 1493 the village was desolate when Mikuláš and Jan Bochuchval z Hrádku were allowed to create a pond by Vladislav II . 1543 was Sebastian Markwart z Hrádku on Nekmíř landlord on Tymákov, Radonicz, Chrachow and Mokrusch, who was obliged to replace the cathedral chapter. Sebastian Markwart sold the desert village in 1557 to the city of Rokycany , which built a manor there.
After the end of the Thirty Years' War the place was settled again and in 1654 26 people lived in Mokrusch. The southern neighbor Cháchov remained desolate and is now in the forest. In 1751 the manor house was extended by a log house and in 1757 Mokrusch, consisting of 6 families, had 36 inhabitants. By 1780 the number of residents rose to 119 and in 1848 there were already 271.
With the replacement of patrimonial Mokrouše became an independent municipality in 1850. Until December 31, 2006 the place belonged to the Okres Plzeň-jih .
