Monika Peetz

Monika Peetz (* 1963 ) is a German screenwriter , television film producer and writer.

Life

Peetz studied German, communication and philosophy at the University of Munich. She then worked for an advertising agency and a publishing house. From 1990 to 1998 she worked for Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR) in the television film department as a dramaturge and editor. There she was in charge of the Tatort and Polizeiruf 110 series as well as various co-productions for the cinema.

She has been a screenwriter in Germany and the Netherlands since 1998. In their spring films come as A Baby to Love , Again twenty be , And you're gone , and together with Christian Jeltsch the television miniseries The Rebellin and code name Luna .

In 2010, her first novel was published, Die Tuesdaysfrauen , in 2012 the sequel Seven Days Without and 2013 The Tuesdays women between cabbage and beets . The three books were also released as audio books and filmed.
