Monischlösschen

Exterior view of the Monischlösschen

The Monischlösschen is a castle-like property in the Moniberg district of the Lower Bavarian capital Landshut .

The stately building with nine to four window axes, a dwelling and an eight-sided roof turret was built in 1738 under the Landshut court mason Johann Georg Hirschstötter . The former castle chapel has since been profaned. On the first floor there is an elaborately decorated tiled stove with the electoral Bavarian coat of arms, which probably dates from the 17th century and is therefore older than the Monischlösschen.

Today the building is privately owned and cannot be visited.
