Morten Christiansen

Morten Christiansen (born May 16, 1974 ) is a former Norwegian cyclist .

Morten Christiansen was third in the road race of the Norwegian championship in 2001 . Two years later he won a stage at the Sykkelfestival Kristiansand and was Norwegian champion in the team time trial with Jostein Hole and Trond Kristian Schweder . From 2005 Christiansen has been driving for the Norwegian Continental Team Sparebanken Vest . In his first season there, he won three Norwegian championship titles: in the 1000-meter time trial on the track , a second time in the team time trial (with Are Hunsager Andresen and Stian Remme ) and in the road race. He also finished second at the Skara Grand Prix. In 2006 he finished second on a stage of the Tour du Loir-et-Cher .
