Mtfongwaneni (also: Mthongwaneni ) is a Inkhundla (administrative unit) in the region Manzini in Swaziland . It is 255 km² and had 17,302 inhabitants according to the 2007 census.

The Inkhundla is located in the east of the Manzini region at the confluence of the MR 8 , east of Manzini .

The Inkhundla is divided into the Imiphakatsi (chief districts) Gundwini / Lesibovu, Hlane / Bulunga, Lwandle and Ndlandlameni.
