Nkwene is an Inkhundla (administrative unit) in the northeast of the Shiselweni region in Swaziland . It is 271 km² and had 7167 inhabitants according to the 2007 census.

geography

Inkhundla is located in the northeast of the Shiselweni region on the Mhkondvo River , which runs through the area with numerous loops. To the north, the Inkhundla borders on the Manzini region . The main artery is the MR 9 , which runs to the east of Inkhundla.

structure

The Inkhundla is divided into the Imiphakatsi (chief districts) Buseleni, Hlobane, Kuphumleni and Nkwene.
