Murat Akşit (born January 2, 2002 in Istanbul ) is a Turkish football goalkeeper .

Career

Akşit was born in Pendik , a district of Istanbul . Here he started with club football in the youth of Dolayoba Dumlupinarspor and then played for the youth departments of his district club Pendikspor .

In August 2018 he received a professional contract and made his professional debut on May 4, 2019 in the third division encounter against Kahramanmaraşspor .

For the 2019/20 season he was given to the first division club Yeni Malatyaspor .

National team

Akşit started his international career in February 2012 with a commitment for the Turkish U-17 national team .
