Myrviken is a place ( Tatort ) in the municipality of Berg in southern Jämtland . The place is located on a foothill of the Storsjön on Länsväg 321.
Östersund is about 30 kilometers northeast. Svenstavik , the main town of the municipality, is about 30 kilometers south. In Myrviken there is a primary school, ice rink, library, gas station, fire brigade equipment house, boutique, tourist office, restaurant and cafe as well as two hairdressers. The church is located in the somewhat smaller neighboring town of Oviken .
