N'Gadé Nana Hadiza Noma Kaka (* 25. June 1956 in Niamey ; N'Gadé even Ingadé and Ngadé written is the married name ) is a Nigerien politician and diplomat .

Life

N'Gadé Nana Hadiza Noma Kaka attended the Collège Mariama in Niamey, which she graduated with a Baccalauréat in 1974 . She then studied at the University of Haute Bretagne in Rennes in France , where she obtained a license in sociology and linguistics in 1978 and a maîtrise in linguistics in 1979 . From 1982 to 1986 she taught linguistics and sociology in Niamey. From 1992 to 2000 she worked as the national director for literacy and adult education in the Nigerian Ministry of Education.

In 1997, N'Gadé was a founding member of the Alliance for Democracy and Progress (RDP-Jama'a) party under the leadership of Hamid Algabid . From 2001 to 2006 without a job, she devoted herself to the study of Islam . She worked as an advisor to the National Assembly from 2006 to 2011 . N'Gadé was elected to the Dogondoutchi municipal council in early 2011 . In April 2011 she became Minister for Vocational Training and Employment in the government of President Mahamadou Issoufou of the Nigerien Party for Democracy and Socialism (PNDS-Tarayya). Her predecessors were Tidjani Harouna Dembo (Vocational Training Department) and Yahaya Chaibou (Employment Department). In 2012 she was the favorite for the deputy chairmanship of the RDP-Jama'a, but had to admit defeat to Mahamadou Bakabé . Her ministerial duties ended in August 2013 when she was replaced by Chaïbou Dan Inna (vocational training department) and Salissou Ada (employment department).

N'Gadé then worked until 2017 as the third vice-president of the state economic, social and cultural council. In 2015, she wanted to be re-elected by the Dosso region's party section as a candidate for deputy chairmanship of the RDP-Jama'a, but her election was not permitted due to a formal error. She left the RDP-Jama'a and joined the Nigerien Patriotic Movement (MPN-Kiishin Kassa) of Ibrahim Yacouba , a coalition partner of the PNDS-Tarayya. President Issoufou appointed N'Gadé as Niger's ambassador to Italy in May 2017 . She also became Niger's Permanent Representative to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations , the International Fund for Agricultural Development and the United Nations World Food Program . After the MPN-Kiishin Kassa left the government coalition, she was dismissed as ambassador in July 2018. It was followed Aboukar Abdoulaye Diori after in office.

N'Gadé Nana Hadiza Noma Kaka is married and has three children.
