Creation and artwork
The song was written jointly by Thorsten Brötzmann, Benni Fritsch (Ben Zucker), Philipp Klemz and Roman Lüth. The piece was produced by Brötzmann and Lüth, who can also be heard together on the keyboard. In addition, Lüth was specifically responsible for the mixing. The mastering was carried out by HP Mastering Hamburg , under the direction of the studio owner Hans-Philipp Graf. So what?! reached position 90 in the single charts in Switzerland and stayed in the charts for a week. It was the first chart success in the official hit parades of Zucker as an author and performer. In Germany the single missed entry into the official single charts, but so what ?! on 140 days in the German iTunes daily reports and reached its highest listing on August 27, 2017 at position 15.
With this, Brötzmann reached the Swiss charts for the 33rd time in his work as an author or music producer. For Lüth is so what ?! the fourth chart success in the Swiss single charts as a music producer and the second after Superstar ( DJ Bobo ) as an author. Klemz was the first author to hit the Swiss charts.
