The 2019/20 season would have been the 71st regular time of the Swiss National League A in handball . It was canceled due to the coronavirus. The season started on August 29, 2019 and ended on March 12, 2020.
The season was canceled on March 13th due to the COVID-19 pandemic .
On March 20, 2020 it was decided that there is no master and no relegated team. The 2020/21 season will be played with the same teams.
