The village of Netzstall is part of the Painten market in the Lower Bavarian district of Kelheim .

geography

Netzstall is located about two and a half kilometers north-northeast of Painten and is at an altitude of about 490  m above sea level. NHN on the southern Franconian Alb . The place is located in the south-eastern part of the historical Tangrintel area , a predominantly wooded plateau that lies between the rivers of the Altmühl and the Schwarzen Laber .

history

As a result of the administrative reforms carried out in the Kingdom of Bavaria at the beginning of the 19th century , the place became part of the independent rural community of Klingen , which also included eleven other districts. At the beginning of the 1960s Netzstall had 65 residents. In the course of the communal territorial reform carried out in Bavaria in the 1970s , Netzstall, together with the hamlets of Berg and Mantlach, was moved to Painten in 1972. This took place before the dissolution of the municipality of Klingen, which was not incorporated into the city of Hemau until 1978 .

traffic

The district road KEH 16 connects Netzstall mainly to the public road network, it passes about half a kilometer east of the village. The connection there is made by a municipal road, as well as another to the neighboring village Mantlach to the west.
