Neuenhammer is a district of Kirchenlamitz in the Upper Franconian district of Wunsiedel in the Fichtel Mountains .
The hamlet of Neuenhammer and the neighboring district of Fahrenbühl lie on a country road between Niederlamitz , Wustung and Schwarzenbach an der Saale, parallel to State Road 2177 . The Weiden – Oberkotzau railway line and the Lamitz run past Neuenhammer.
A stone cross from the 15th century is a listed building . It is located east of the village on the edge of the forest at a crossroads. The arms of the cross are chipped or weathered. The crosses carved on both sides are from more recent times.
