Raumetengrün is a district of the town of Kirchenlamitz in the Upper Franconian district of Wunsiedel in the Fichtel Mountains .

The village is located in the district 2022, the area of which also includes Hohenbuch and is 658.57 hectares .

Kirchenlamitz is two kilometers northwest, Marktleuthen two kilometers southeast. The local mountain Epprechtstein is close to the west ; State road 2177 leads past Raumetengrün.

From 1356 a sale of the then "Reynbotengrün" by the game from Epprechtstein to the burgrave of Nuremberg is attested. In 1818 Raumetengrün became an independent municipality together with the Hohenbuch district. This was dissolved on January 1, 1978. Their main part came to Kirchenlamitz. A smaller part was awarded to the city of Marktleuthen .
