List of architectural monuments in Kirchenlamitz
The monuments of the Upper Franconian town of Kirchenlamitz are compiled on this page . This table is a partial list of the list of architectural monuments in Bavaria . The basis is the Bavarian Monument List , which was first drawn up on the basis of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act of October 1, 1973 and has since been managed by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation . The following information does not replace the legally binding information from the monument protection authority. This list reflects the update status of October 8, 2014 and contains 77 monuments.
In addition to the main town, there are also architectural monuments in the districts of Epprechtstein , Fichtenhammer , Großschloppen , Hinteres Buchhaus , Hohenbuch , Neuenhammer , Niederlamitz , Raumetengrün and Reicholdsgrün . Ground monuments and natural monuments are further important cultural and historical testimonies.
Ensembles
Ensemble town center Kirchenlamitz
Kirchenlamitz ( Lage ), located on an old Reichsstrasse , developed primarily along the long street running west-east, which in the middle, at the junction of the street to Wunsiedel , expands into an irregularly shaped market place . The main focus is dominated by the town hall , a new building from 1950 with a hipped roof and ridge turret , which was adapted to the previous building that was destroyed in the war , and the neo-Gothic parish church behind it dominate the market square and the escape from Weißenstädter Straße in the city-inward direction. The higher church district, probably once a Kirchgaden, is cordoned off from the market square and Hofer Straße by rows of houses. To the north there is the Rosengasse. In accordance with the location on the slope, the row of houses flanking the church to the south is one-story towards the church square and two-story towards the lower-lying Hofer Straße. Independent of the main road, oriented roughly parallel to the south, the Königstraße follows the Lamitzbach , which it frames on both sides in its middle, square-like widened course in the sense of a stream line system. The open stream is bridged in several places with granite slabs . The streets of the town center are characterized by a regulated, closed development with two-storey eaves booths of a Biedermeier character, most of which date from the reconstruction period after the city fires of 1830 and 1836. The simple buildings are sparingly structured by simple framing, sill bands and eaves; their slated roofs have small standing dormers. Some late baroque houses spared by the fires as well as individual forms of construction (archways and window frames) were included in the reconstruction, which was aimed at a uniform overall picture by means of building regulations. In the second half of the 19th century, building continued on a similar pattern on Weißenstädter and Hofer Straße. File number: E-4-79-129-1.
Ensemble village center Reicholdsgrün
Reicholdsgrün ( Lage ) is a row village from the late medieval clearing period and younger than the surrounding Rundanger villages . By dividing the courtyards, 22 courtyards were created in a row north of the gently curved road. In the 18th century the blacksmith's estate in the west and the shepherd's house and school house in the east were added. The building stock of the village shows a high degree of regularity in the gable-facing houses and their older outbuildings. Only the former municipal buildings such as the forge (today a tavern), school and shepherd's house face the street on the eaves side. The relatively uniform reconstruction after two major fires in 1852 and 1892 was carried out using older parts in two two-storey and three-axle house types with slate roofing, especially the half-hipped roof house in the western area and the gable roof house with double windows in the gable in the central area. The rear edge of the barn has been preserved in large areas, as well as numerous granite fountain troughs characteristic of the Fichtel Mountains in the courtyards. South of the street, gardens and later agricultural outbuildings have been built on the originally vacant parcels since the 19th century. File number: E-4-79-129-3.

Remarks
- ↑ This list may not correspond to the current status of the official list of monuments. The latter can be viewed on the Internet as a PDF using the link given under web links and is also mapped in the Bavarian Monument Atlas . Even these representations, although they are updated daily by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation , do not always and everywhere reflect the current status. Therefore, the presence or absence of an object in this list or in the Bavarian Monument Atlas does not guarantee that it is currently a registered monument or not. The Bavarian List of Monuments is also an information directory. The property of a monument - and thus the legal protection - is defined in Art. 1 of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act (BayDSchG) and does not depend on the mapping in the Monument Atlas and the entry in the Bavarian Monument List. Objects that are not listed in the Bavarian Monument List can also be monuments if they meet the criteria according to Art. 1 BayDSchG. Early involvement of the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation according to Art. 6 BayDSchG is therefore necessary in all projects.
