Nicholas Boulle

Nicholas Bernard Wilkie "Nick" Boulle (born March 28, 1989 in Dallas ) is an American - British racing car driver , athlete , entrepreneur and jeweler .

Racing career

Boulle started karting at the age of 12 and subsequently competed at the national level, where he was the official VW Motorsport Junior.

In 2016 he finished second in the Daytona 24-hour race in the PC class with PR1 Motorsports. His teammates were Jose Gutierrez, Robert Alon and Tom Kimbersmith. Later that season he finished 3rd in the PC (Prototype Challenge) at the Lone Star Le Mans with co-driver James French .

In January 2017 , Boulle became a Rolex dealer who won the Daytona 24-hour prototype challenge. His team consisted of Kyle Masson, Patricio O'Ward and James French. He also finished second in the IMSA Weather Tech Sports Car Championship at the Circuit of the Americas .

In 2018 he took part in the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona for the third time, finishing 12th in his class. A few months later, Boulle made his Le Mans 24 Hours debut as part of Jackie Chan DC Racing, alongside David Cheng and Pierre Nicolet. The team reached eighth place in the LMP2 category.

Private life

Boulle completed his school career at Southern Methodist University and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business. For several years he competed for the Elbowz Racing Elite Cycling Team and was awarded for this at the American College Bicycle Championship for his university (SMU) in Division D2. After graduating from SMU, he started a digital marketing company called WowBirds, and has been with the family business Boulle Diamond & Jewelry since 2015 .
