life and career

Büdel grew up in the Offenbach district of Bürgel . He began his career in 2009 in nearby Groß-Umstadt and is usually employed in the position of the left rear area. In the 2016/17 season he played for HSC 2000 Coburg . Before that he was at TSG Ludwigshafen-Friesenheim . He has been under contract with HC Erlangen since the 2017/18 season . Büdel's debut for the German national handball team followed in 2019.
