Simon Jeppsson (born July 15, 1995 in Lund ) is a Swedish handball player .

Career

Jeppsson initially played in the Elitserien i handboll för herrar , the highest Swedish league, for the club LUGI HF , for which he also played in the EHF European Cup in the 2013/14 season. For the 2017/18 season , the 2.03 meter tall back player moved to the German Bundesliga club SG Flensburg-Handewitt , with whom he signed a three-year contract in December 2016. With the SG he won the German championship in 2018 and 2019.

For the 2020/21 season, Jeppsson moved to HC Erlangen .

National team

Jeppsson, who has played 59 games for the Swedish national handball team so far , was part of the squad for the 2017 World Cup in France .
