Nicolas Abdat (born November 29, 1996 in Wipperfürth ) is a German soccer player . The left defender is under contract with the Go Ahead Eagles Deventer .

Career

youth

Abdat started playing football at the DJK Wipperfeld in his hometown at the age of three . In 2008 he switched to the youth team of 1. FC Köln and two years later went to Bochum for SG Wattenscheid 09 .

VfL Bochum

In 2013, Abdat moved from the B-youth of SG Wattenscheid 09 to the A-youth of local rivals VfL Bochum . In the winter break of 2014/15 he rose from the A-youth to the first team of the club. Before he made his first appearance in the first team, Adbat was used for the first time in Bochum's second team on February 22, 2015 in the 2-0 defeat against the second team of Fortuna Düsseldorf . In the game in the Regionalliga West he was used by coach Dimitrios Grammozis the entire season.

Abdat made his debut in the first team on March 23, 2015 in a 2-1 win against 1. FC Nürnberg . In his first game in the 2nd Bundesliga , he was ordered by coach Gertjan Verbeek into the starting line-up and replaced by Onur Bulut in the 59th minute .

VfL Wolfsburg

After the end of his contract in the summer of 2015, Abdat moved to the second team of VfL Wolfsburg in the Regionalliga Nord for the 2015/16 season free of charge . He made his debut on November 28, 2015 in an 8-1 win against Eintracht Norderstedt . He was in the starting line-up of coach Valérien Ismaël and was replaced by Robert Schick in the 63rd minute . On his fourth appearance, Abdat scored the first competitive goal of his professional career. In the 53rd minute he scored the 7-0 final score against TSV Schilksee . At the end of the season he won the championship with the team in the Regionalliga Nord and thus qualified for the promotion to the 3rd division . There you had to give up after a 1-0 home win and a 0-2 away defeat to SSV Jahn Regensburg and stayed in the league.

SG Wattenscheid 09

In the 2018/19 season, Abdat moved to SG Wattenscheid 09 in the Regionalliga West.

Go Ahead Eagles Deventer

For the 2019/20 season he moved to the Go Ahead Eagles Deventer in the second-class Eerste Divisie in the Netherlands .
