Men's soccer

After many years at the local level, the men of TSV Schilksee reached the then fourth-class Landesliga Nord in 1992 after two consecutive promotions . After four years of the regional league, he was relegated to the regional league before returning to the regional league in 1998. A year later, the regional league was dissolved and the TSV continued to play in the new regional league east , from which the team promptly relegated bottom of the table. In 2004 the team fell into the district league and two years later even into the district class A. A sporting renaissance began in the 2010s. After two rises in a row of TSV reached in 2011, the now Verbandsliga called second-highest league in Schleswig-Holstein.

There the team immediately became runner-up behind TSV Altenholz and failed in the promotion round of the association league champions after a 1: 2 at SSC Hagen Ahrensburg . A year later, the Schilkseer made the championship and rose to the Schleswig-Holstein League , where the team immediately became champions. Thus the TSV reached the promotion round to the Regionalliga Nord . After a 2-1 win against Bremer SV , a 3-2 defeat at VfV 06 Hildesheim was enough for promotion. Behind the sporting upswing is the entrepreneur Bodo Schild, who supports the association with his financial donations. After only one season, relegation took place in 2016 as bottom of the table. Three years later, TSV could not finish the 2018/19 season and was relegated from the league. No reports could be submitted for 2019/20.

The second team had meanwhile been put on the road to success and rose from the district class B to the district class A and then to the district league Kiel. In 2015 she missed the championship against Comet Kiel , in 2016 she fought a duel with Rot-Schwarz Kiel . A “court for special cases” of the SHFV ruled after several instances that Schilksee was allowed to move up to the Association League North-East.

Women's soccer

The soccer players of TSV Schilksee won the SHFV Cup in 2002 and 2003 and qualified for the DFB Cup both times. There, in the first round of the DFB Cup season , they managed a 6-1 win against the second team of Hamburger SV , before TSV failed in round two with 2: 5 at Bundesliga club WSV Wolfsburg . A year later , TSV retired in the first round after a 6-0 win against Bundesliga club FFC Brauweiler Pulheim .

With Kathrin Patzke , TSV produced a Bundesliga player who was also the top scorer in the 2nd Bundesliga North twice . In 2004 the women's soccer department of TSV Schilksee formed the new women's soccer department of Holstein Kiel together with the Wittenseer SV / TuS Felde syndicate .
